SleeperPower is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Data We Collect

Sleep Data
SleeperPower reads sleep data from Apple HealthKit, including sleep duration, bedtime, and wake time. This data never leaves your device in raw form. It is used exclusively to calculate your Power Score and display your sleep statistics within the app.

Account Information
If you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (stored securely via Firebase Authentication). This is used solely to identify your account and sync your preferences across devices.

App Preferences
We store your bedtime, wake time targets, and notification preferences locally on your device.

How We Use Your Data

• To calculate your daily Power Score

• To display your sleep trends and consistency metrics

• To send bedtime reminder notifications at your chosen time

• To maintain your account and sync preferences

What We Never Do

• We never sell your data to third parties

• We never use your health data for advertising

• We never share your sleep data with any third party

• We never use your data to track you across other apps or websites

Third Parties
SleeperPower uses the following third-party services:

• Apple HealthKit — to read sleep data from your device. Governed by Apple's privacy policy at apple.com/privacy

• Firebase (Google) — for account authentication and secure credential storage. Governed by Google's privacy policy at firebase.google.com/support/privacy

Data Retention
Your account data is retained until you delete your account. Sleep data is read from Apple Health and processed on-device — we do not store your raw sleep data on our servers.

Your Rights
You may:

• Revoke HealthKit access at any time via Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → SleeperPower

• Delete your account and all associated data by contacting us

• Request a copy of any data we hold about you

Children
SleeperPower is not intended for users under 13 years of age.
