OHow do I connect my wearable? SleeperPower reads sleep data automatically from Apple Health. Make sure your wearable (Whoop, Oura, Apple Watch, or Garmin) is set to sync with Apple Health, then open SleeperPower and grant HealthKit permission when prompted. Your sleep data will appear automatically each morning.

The app isn't detecting my sleep. What should I do? Make sure the app has been opened at least once before bed and is running in the background. Your phone should be on your nightstand while charging overnight. If you have a wearable, confirm it's syncing to Apple Health in your wearable's app settings.

How do I cancel my subscription? Open the Settings app on your iPhone → Apple ID → Subscriptions → SleeperPower → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain Pro access until the end of your billing period.

How do I delete my account and data? Email us at sleeperpowerapp@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and we'll permanently delete your account and all associated data within 7 days.

How do I restore a previous purchase? Open SleeperPower → Settings → Restore Purchases. If your purchase doesn't restore, email us at sleeperpowerapp@gmail.com.
