Agreement By downloading or using SleeperPower, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What SleeperPower Is SleeperPower is a personal sleep tracking and coaching app designed to help you understand and improve your sleep habits. SleeperPower is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have concerns about your sleep or health, consult a qualified healthcare provider.

Your Account You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years of age to use SleeperPower. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

Subscription and Billing SleeperPower Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods except where required by law.

Free Trial If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. Your subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand.

Acceptable Use You agree not to misuse SleeperPower. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app. You may not use the app in any way that could harm other users or compromise the security of the service.

Sleep Chat and AI Coaching The Sleep Chat feature is powered by artificial intelligence and is provided for informational and motivational purposes only. AI-generated responses are not medical advice. Do not rely on Sleep Chat for medical decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

Research Participation If you opt into research participation, you grant SleeperPower a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your anonymized sleep data for academic research and publication purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time in Settings. Withdrawal stops future data collection but does not retroactively remove previously collected anonymized data from research datasets.

Intellectual Property SleeperPower, the Power Score methodology, and all associated content are the intellectual property of SleeperPower. All rights reserved.

Disclaimer of Warranties SleeperPower is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that sleep tracking will be accurate in all circumstances. Sleep tracking accuracy varies based on device placement, individual physiology, and environmental factors.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, SleeperPower shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
